Purely Spectacular Brands

This week has been filled with busy days at Pure exhibition for me. I can safely say I needed sleep and a pair of flat shoes after that show! Pure was buzzing with busy stands brimming with fresh new collections that in my opinion, will definitely give high street stores a run for their money! I took the opportunity to take a few snaps of some brands that stood out to me due to their eye catching stands and amazing product.

The first of these being Sugarhill Boutique. This brand is most famous for it’s quirky, bold animal prints. Including the famous pony print playsuit. It is one of my favourite brands. This season Sugarhill are rocking fun Merry-go-round horse print, elegant kissing swans and wacky zebra and parrot prints. Sheer floaty fabrics, and lace were also prominent on the lavish noir style stand.

Secondly, sweet shop themed stand Danity looked brilliantly feminine and had a retro sweet shop theme. Danity is a french brand, the basis for their spring collection was floral, lace, ribbon and nude with an injection of printed floaty t’s. I loved how girly it was, still maintaining that high fashion edge. The only thing that is sickly about this stand is the sweets ;)

The third stand i felt gave that boutique, shabby chic essence was Frock and Frill. With a 20′s glamour feel, Frock and Frill’s spring collection offers a festival girl theme for casual looks with crochet floral angel wing tops, cami’s and floaty midi dresses. And heavily embellished sequin shrugs, dresses and cape style tops foe evening wear. I think this brand oozes sophistication and is brilliant for unique occasion wear.

Last but never least was the stand I was working on, Mina. I know the Mina team always put maximum effort into their stand and it really paid off. A fun, country springtime look really made the bright, bold playful 2012 collection look amazing. Picnic baskets, flowers, watering cans and archways all added to the countryside picnic feel. The collection included colour blocking, crochet throw overs, floaty midi skirts and bold directional aztec prints. My must-have piece has to be the mustard tunic dress with pleated sleeves – adorable!!

A fabulous show with spectacular brands …. all in all a ‘Purely’ divine time :)
